Cyber Terror, Scamming, Manipulation of Personal Property, and Theft of Service

Saturday, November 27th, 2021, I James Joseph Silva Sandoval Sandoval called A cab from Mullins Transport Company N Holland Street, Shelbyville, TN, 37160. for A ride to Hardees, and I stopped by the Fast Lane, 330 Madison Street, Shelbyville, TN, 37160, where I had purchased A 30 dollar prepaid refill, for my phone. The store attendant sent A message from her computer to my phone indicating balance had been updated, then printed me the receipt. When I returned home, I left two messages for Shelbyville Police Department Administration and Criminal Investigations Division.(see recordings dated 12/4/2021 Police Report Correlation). I also attempted to call ATT and login to my online account. Later that day, about 4-5PM, I purchased A Data addon using my current Visa ending in **48

November 24th, 2021:

I James Joseph Silva Sandoval scheduled A cab to WalMart 1880 North Main Street, Shelbyville, TN 37160. The cab dispatch stated that they didn't have anything available until 8AM. I arrived at Walmart, Shelbyville, TN, 37160, grabbed A hoodie for purchase, and made my way to the electronics section. While I waited for A cashier, I made A few calls to ATT customer service(automated service, see audio). In the audio at 8:43AM(audio duration: 4:29) I am changing my card info and selecting A $20 dollar add-on. The amount was supposed to be $20 dollars for A 3GB data addon. The automated attendant(in this audio charged me $34.43 which is my monthly required payment for service, which I was attempting to pay when I called but decided to just get A data addon. Why I had full monthly charge and 10 dollars left as A balance, is the issue, the amount to be charged was $20 plus tax.

I also want to note that I purchased the hoodie after the call to ATT, the total was $18.64, in which I used cash. At the self checkout I purchased A drink and two sushis in which I used my debit card, which was the same amount as the hoodie. I posted receipts to twitter:@oppressed4life.

ATT prepaid account info shows only 1 data addon purchased. Also shows A 30 dollar balance presently 12/4/21:

They also offer international phone service as well as recharge, the only thing is they don't even have united states listed, or as of last night and if any wanted to help they could check my network traffic, and cache of viewed websites to prove cyber terror, or manipulation of content for sole reason of deception and coercion.
