Saturday, November 27th, 2021, I James Joseph Silva Sandoval Sandoval called A cab from Mullins Transport Company N Holland Street, Shelbyville, TN, 37160. for A ride to Hardees, and I stopped by the Fast Lane, 330 Madison Street, Shelbyville, TN, 37160, where I had purchased A 30 dollar prepaid refill, for my phone. The store attendant sent A message from her computer to my phone indicating balance had been updated, then printed me the receipt. When I returned home, I left two messages for Shelbyville Police Department Administration and Criminal Investigations Division.(see recordings dated 12/4/2021 Police Report Correlation). I also attempted to call ATT and login to my online account.
